Worked hands-on writing HTML, CSS, and Javascript, as well as leading team efforts for Information Architecture, Content Strategy, and User Experience. Designed and developed iPad application architecture used by sales teams around the globe.

Creative Director
Built an 18-person team of creative, production, and technical professionals for a rapidly growing promotional agency, including recruitment and hiring of staff, team leadership, concept, copy, and art direction, workflow management, budgeting and planning. Served as Creative Director for development of all collateral and merchandising for Chase bank, leading the development of brand standards and guidelines, and development of The One Box, a monthly merchandising guide. Oversaw creative development of promotional materials for Lean Cuisine and Stouffer’s brands including on-pack promotions and in-store displays.

Grew a freelance career into a successful 5-person graphic design studio serving local, regional and national clients. Responsibilities included all management functions, budgets and planning, hiring and supervision of staff, creative and art direction, project management, coordination of sales and marketing and copywriting. For 10 years, led in the development of national brand and packaging for Dearfoams® Slippers products, design and development of websites for CareWorks Technologies, as well as other local and regional clients.
